Template for review. This is a generic starting point, not legal advice. Have a qualified professional adapt it to your business and to Norwegian and EU law before you rely on it.

1. About Manifest

Manifest is a product catalogue. We index items listed on third-party marketplaces (Weidian, Taobao, 1688) and link you to independent purchasing agents who handle any purchase, payment, quality check and shipping. We do not sell, stock, ship or take payment for any item.

2. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you order through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay the agent.

3. No warranty on listings

Product details, prices, stock and images come from third parties and change without notice. We provide them "as is" and do not guarantee accuracy. The marketplace seller and your chosen agent are solely responsible for the goods, the order and its delivery.

4. Accounts and user content

You are responsible for activity on your account and for anything you post. Comments must be lawful and must not contain external links, spam, or others' personal information. We may edit, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The Manifest name, design and original content are ours. Marketplace and brand names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Manifest is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from third-party marketplaces or agents, or from any transaction you enter into with them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Confirm or change this with your adviser.]
